The boat has been well maintained and is being sold complete for the 2024 sailing season. It is a challenging racer type boat. The yacht has participated in several regattas and won good places in ORCII class in Estonia. The sailboat is equipped with a large selection of sails, incl. with gennaker and spinnaker equipment. Grand Surprise offers a powerful sailing experience with its good acceleration and responsive sailing. In downwinds, the yacht quickly reaches high speed thanks to the gennaker, which modern shape allows sailing on downwind courses. At a wind speed of 10m/s +, the yacht glides and reaches its top speeds up to 19 knots.
Managing the sails is easy for the skilled sailor. The yacht is well balanced with hull, keel and performance sails. Steering is comfortable with the pin and its extension, you can feel the movement of the yacht. It is exciting to drive a yacht in competitions with a team (4-8 people) or spend a pleasant time with friends. The spacious cockpit is comfortable in competitions and comfortably accommodates people during fun rides. Up to 6 people can sleep in the sleeping cabin. A custom-made cockpit tent creates a comfortable stay in port.
