Boat for Sale - Picador

Are you familiar with the boat Picador, a well-known winner in Fareast circles?

We are now selling this boat, in excellent condition and fully equipped with three full sets plus extras needed for successful elite or family level racing. See the complete list below.

We have owned the boat for four seasons and used it sparingly. The boat has not been bottom painted and has been stored on land between sails. Our family participated in local club races with the oldest sail set, and my partner has competed in shorthanded races in the Stockholm/Åland region.

Everything needed for smooth racing is included with the boat, such as trim manuals, performance targets for our boat in different winds, a custom sack for quick Gennaker takedown, and an autopilot with two remote controls for single-handed sailing. The sails were inspected this year at Linjettvarvet.

The name Picador has been removed from the hull and sails.

For those less familiar with the boat, despite its 28-foot size, it is extremely light, responsive to all maneuvers, making it great for learning or advancing sailing skills. It is small enough for children to handle ropes and advanced enough to provide a challenging match for experienced sailors!
