Dehler 70 "Sprinta" for Sale

I would like to sell our Dehler 70 "Sprinta" here. The boat has been in the family since it was purchased new in 1978 and has been sailed mostly on Lake Ammersee (near Munich). Recently, due to personal circumstances, I have sailed it to the north and sailed it on Lake Plön last year.

The boat holds many beautiful memories and nostalgia, but unfortunately also has some maintenance and repair backlog. Since I currently do not have the means to repair it, we have decided to sell the boat to an enthusiast or expert who can make it seaworthy again and enjoy sailing.

The boat is currently in a shipyard in Ratzeburg, where the following necessary work has been identified:

• Repair of starboard side deck and pulpit due to rust under the deck
• Repair of bow pulpit attachment and forestay fitting in the deck shell
• Overhaul of rudder blade and steering system
• Overhaul of mast and replacement of shrouds
• Seal/replace bulkhead
• Antifouling

There is a cost estimate from the shipyard for these repairs, which I can share with serious inquiries.

In addition, the boat comes with extensive equipment:

• New exterior windows and seals
• Good sails
• Mooring lines with shock absorbers
• New magnetic compass
• New railing
• New interior cushions from 2 years ago
• Spinnaker and spinnaker pole
• Exterior cushions
• Intact running rigging
• Anchor chain and anchor

Since purchase, the boat comes with a large folder containing detailed history, invoices, papers, etc.

Additionally, included in the purchase price is a Masannek, Bielefeld S2500 trailer with a permissible total weight of 2500kg. It passed inspection without issues in 04/24. The trailer has been well-maintained and is ready for use.

The boat is currently in a shipyard and can be viewed during business hours. Individual appointments may be possible. If a sale is finalized, I will travel to handle the transaction. Separate purchase contracts will be drawn up for the boat and trailer.
