Harmony 31

Sturdy and seaworthy boat with beautiful lines designed by van de Stadt, manufactured by Taylor Boat in England, and completed by Ingenjörsfirman Bröderna Olson AB. Harmony 31 is designed for ocean racing and is very suitable as a long-distance cruiser.

Specifications:

• Engine: Yanmar 3GM
• New engine mounts, shaft seal overhaul, new throttle cables
• New starter motor and generator
• New wiring harness to the engine
• New Circulation pump for fresh water cooling

Additional Features:

• Original rigging
• Main sail and a roller furling jib of a later model but not new
• Wind vane and a pair of old solar panels not mounted on the boat
• Wind turbine on the boat not connected
• Reflex heater with waterborne heat. Needs inspection
• Bottom stripped, epoxy treated, and painted
• All hull fittings and ball valves replaced

The boat lacks most of the technical details inside such as toilet, stove, refrigeration unit for the icebox, galley pump, and a functional electrical system. Cushions are also missing. All interior woodwork, bulkheads, floors, hatches, drawers, etc. are still present. She can be operated with both engine and sail and is complete in that sense but should be considered a renovation project.
