I bought the boat in 2010 and have consistently renewed it since then, so that it is in top condition today. There is no renovation backlog! The boat runs very high upwind, sails excellently and runs more than 6.5 knots under engine. We mastered light wind conditions or heavy seas without any problems. The boat has a yardstick of 106B.
All halyards are redirected to the cockpit, the furling mainsail can also be reefed or enlarged when sailing close-hauled. The locker at BB offers plenty of space. We store in it, among other things, 2 16-inch bicycles and accessories as well as an additional 45 liters of diesel in canisters. There is another baking box on the SS, in which we store a grill and food for longer trips.
We sell the boat with a heavy heart because we want to expand.
