Boat for Sale - Albin Accent 26 "ZIVA"

I am selling my Albin Accent 26 named "ZIVA". I bought her for a three-month sailing trip this summer and now I want to sell her after a very nice sailing season. Currently, she is on land in Greifswald. She has a paid land berth and has not been used by me anymore. The next crane would be paid for after a possible takeover.

However, there are still a couple of tasks to be done: part of the traveller attachment is broken (see pictures) and the cable to the diesel heater could be rerouted (but it works on shore power). The boat is great for single-handed sailing. It took me from Travemünde to Finland and then to Greifswald last summer. I am reluctantly parting with it. The boat has a modern underwater hull for its age and sails swiftly.
