This 2016 Elan Impression 45 was built in 2016. She is currently based in Turkey where she is available for viewing and immediate purchase.



This Elan Impression 45 provides accommodation within 3 comfortable double cabins and an additional bunk cabin. There are also two bathrooms, one forward and one aft. The comfortable and spacious saloon provides a U-shaped seating area to port, around an expandable saloon table. This area also converts into a double berth if required for additional guests. This Elan Impression is also equipped with an Eberspacher heating system providing heating throughout.



She is a well maintained yacht with an annual service regime. This year's maintenance is scheduled for May. The boat benefits from all new interior upholstery and her woodwork is presented in great overall condition.

MECHANICAL



This 2016 Elan Impression 45 is powered by a Volvo Penta D2-55 diesel engine with saildrive and 3-blade propeller. The engine hours are currently around 1,300.



This Elan Impression 45 is also equipped with a Quick bow thruster.



The boat is serviced on an annual service regime and is scheduled for servicing in May 2025.

To starboard is a lounging sofa and navigation station with chart table and seat.



The Saloon is also equipped with a 42" LED TV.
