I am selling my small sailboat (length 6.6m) with a mooring in Berlin Schmöckwitz (Köpenick) on Seddinsee. The harbor trailer without current registration (which is possible as it is roadworthy) is included in the price. The boat is easily trailerable and will be sold completely ready to sail. Currently, the boat is still on land but can be craned and placed at the mooring upon sale. The mooring currently costs 1,020 € per season. My winter storage was always in the harbor (completely unproblematic). Seddinsee is a wonderful area for day sailing.
The boat has a Furlex 100 roller furling for the genoa, sails include a mainsail, 1x genoa, and 1x jib (spare), all in good used condition with various accessories. The boat is ideal for 2 people, easy to sail alone. There are 4 berths, a small kitchen with a sink. The boat is very seaworthy and safe to sail. Accessories include a removable sprayhood (old), new railing wire, jib and mainsail covers, bathing ladder. The hull should be maintained.
Possible additional equipment for purchase: an outboard engine and a new mainsail.
