Now there is an opportunity to buy a really nice sailboat that suits the whole family. It is fun to sail, spacious, and with three cabins there is room for most onboard. The boat was built in 1992 and is in very good condition.
With plenty of space and smart storage areas, it is still a sporty sailboat with a focus on performance, speed, and dynamic sailing capabilities!
Main sail is new from 2024, Genoa is new from 2021.
The hull has been completely sanitized from toxic paint! The hull has been blasted and sanded down to the gelcoat, then epoxy treated and painted with a non-toxic Hempel bottom paint, Hempaspeed. Blasting has been done by a company following the recommendations of the Swedish Transport Agency for boat owners, boat clubs, and other operators: Sanitation of bottom paint containing TBT or other hazardous substances from recreational boat hulls.
Along with the hull sanitation, we removed the entire toilet system and are now in the process of installing a new system. If you are willing to buy the boat and install the system yourself, we can agree on a lower price for a quick deal.
The boat is very pleasant with plenty of natural light coming in and inside there are many wooden details. Upon entering the boat, there is a spacious galley on the port side, with a gas stove (three burners and oven). On the starboard side, there is a navigation table with electronic equipment and panel. Two sofas that can be used as berths and a table are in the salon. There is plenty of storage equipment in the salon, kitchen, and at the navigation table.
The boat has three cabins, a forward cabin with a double bed and a seat as well as storage space (wardrobes and cabinets), next to the entrance to the forward cabin is also the entrance to the toilet area with sink and cabinet. Aft on the port and starboard sides, there are two cabins with double beds, seats, and storage space (cabinets and wardrobes) in both cabins. There are a total of eight berths in the boat.
There is plenty of space in the cockpit, and at the pedestal there is the wheel, navigation equipment, and controls for the engine, bow thruster, and anchor winch.
New battery bank in 2024. Diesel and water tanks emptied and cleaned in 2024. All fittings replaced in 2023 with thrudesign maintenance-free ones, which have the same lifespan as the boat.
The boat is antifouled and the topsides are polished, so it is ready for launching. There is a summer berth paid for in Norrköping for the season.
