Renovation Project - Artekno H-35 Boat for Sale

A renovation project in the form of an Artekno H-35 (big sister to the H-boat) with a replaced engine is for sale due to changed circumstances.

The boat is for sale and can be driven and sailed in its current condition. I may be able to assist in delivering it by sea by agreement. I worked remotely on board for most of last summer, and the batteries and solar panels are in good condition.

Work done so far includes:

• Bottom blasted and epoxy treated, TBT certificate available.
• All interior furnishings removed, sanded, and some parts have been revarnished.
• Cosmetic damages in bulkheads repaired and painted.
• Hull cladding removed, inside of the hull cleaned of glue, sanded, and painted.
• Hull insulation partially installed, additional foam insulation with closed cells included.
• Gas heater replaced with a diesel heater that works very well.
• Septic tank removed for access behind, but all parts are available and ready to be reinstalled.
• Various minor damages in the gelcoat repaired, some areas still need sanding and polishing.
• Interior cushions are fresh.

• 2 solar panels, believed to be 50*70w

• Anchor (Bruce) with anchor line
• Roller genoa (very good condition)
• Extra genoa (needs repair)

• Depth sounder (function uncertain, suspected cable break)
• Shore power adapter
• New engine, Vetus diesel with 16 hp, very fuel-efficient, installed in 2010 or 2014 - documentation available.
• Includes a grill and various boat accessories such as ropes, fenders, household items, etc.
• Fresh genoa, jib, and spinnaker. Should also have a gennaker. The mainsail works for cruising but has a broken and a missing batten so it's time to replace (or get new battens).
• Laguna table with mount inside and in the cockpit.
• Cockpit tent.
• Sprayhood.
• Stereo with marine speakers in the cockpit.
• 12v and USB outlets in the cabin
• Built-in refrigerator (Isotherm) to be reinstalled, energy-efficient and gets very cold - can make ice.
• Gas cylinder P6
• Gas stove with suspension

Fun fact: The boat was the first to sail around Gotland by an all-female crew.
