For Sale: Ventura 30 Sailboat

I am selling a stylish 30-foot sailboat of the type "Ventura 30" which was manufactured by Hanjo Yachtbau in 1975.

The boat sails smoothly and performs well upwind. It comes with a mainsail and a large roller furling genoa with UV stripes. There is also a provision for a self-tacking jib on deck.

Almost new covers are available for both sails: jib cover from 2024, mainsail cover from 2025. The boat also has a Lazybag system, although some seams may need to be renewed.

Additional features include a cockpit full cover in excellent condition, a Volvo Penta MD7b engine with 17 HP and a Volvo Penta Saildrive, a two-burner gas stove with electronic gas shut-off, a marine toilet with a holding tank, an electric pump for the sink, and a compressor cooler box.

The electrical system has been extensively refurbished by the previous owner with most components in working order. Some systems may require attention.

Navigation equipment includes position lights, interior lighting, depth/speed log, marine radios, tank gauge, MP3 radio with speakers, USB outlets, onboard PC with GPS, battery charger with Bluetooth, electronic bilge pump, dual batteries, shore power connection, wind generator, and solar panels.

However, the autopilot and electronic wind indicator need mechanical repairs. The boat is seaworthy with watertight windows and a dry cabin. The upholstery is in excellent condition.

The antifouling was refreshed recently, making the boat ready for immediate use. Some cosmetic touch-ups may be needed, such as repainting the deck, refinishing teak in the cockpit, and addressing scratches on the hull.
