Selling my Mamba 311, a fantastic family cruiser/racer in good condition. Very nice interior with full headroom, featuring outstanding woodwork. A brilliant sailor, performs well even in lighter winds. Easily defends its rating (1.09). Also very pleasant to sail in slightly stronger winds.
Includes Garmin GPS Plotter, various ropes, spinnaker pole, anchor with chain, bowsprit, solar panel, simple battery monitor, grill, refrigerator, complete galley, depth sounder, Flexiteak cockpit (EVA), cradle with two new tires, cover frame with tarpaulin, and more.
The hull, keel, and rudder are common between the two models. The 311 has a higher cabin and thus 8cm higher headroom and better height in the aft berth. The interior is all teak without plastic fittings (just like the 31), giving a solid and cozy impression. The 311 has better quality interior with lighter teak, curved glued moldings, and a different layout. The dinette solution was abandoned for a more conventional galley layout along the port side, providing more seating and an extra berth in the salon. The cushions were also upgraded to be thicker. An additional skylight was added to the cabin roof for a brighter living space below deck. The rig was changed to a 1.1m taller 7/8 rig with single swept spreaders, eliminating the need for a backstay and allowing for a self-tacking jib. The boom was also extended by half a meter.
