Maxi 77 - Ready for Sailing Adventures!

This well-equipped Maxi 77 from 1975 (nr 1058) is located at Halmstad Gamla Varv, ready for new sailing adventures from the mouth of Nissan. The boat is ready for the season, except for bottom painting. A local crane truck driver can easily assist with launching.

This example is really well-equipped and updated. It has a practical bathing platform in the stern with a deep step and a bow ladder on the bow. For sailing, there is a roller genoa that facilitates the handling of the boat and a mainsail in good condition with through battens. The boat is equipped with an anchor line for smooth anchoring, and there is an extra anchor in the anchor box in the bow.

A reliable Honda 9.9 hp four-stroke engine comes with the boat. It has recently been serviced with a new impeller and oil. The engine has electric start and is connected to a generator for battery charging. With two batteries and a well-built electrical system, you can enjoy a comfortable stay on board. If you need extra charging, a long cable with a connection to shore power is available. In the cockpit's large storage compartment on the port side, there is a spacious refrigerator that is cooled with an efficient SuperCool unit.

Inside, you are greeted by a pleasant cabin with cushions in excellent condition. A water toilet with a septic tank is installed for extra convenience on board. It only remains to connect the last hose for deck drainage to the tank, but all conditions are in place for a functional solution. In the galley, you will find an almost new Origo 3000 alcohol stove, and the sink has foot pumps for both seawater and fresh water. A 60-liter water bag of an older model is located under the forepeak. Note that the interior shows some signs of wear and tear, which is natural given the boat's age. There are also signs of previous leakage through the rear window on the port side.

The light blue hull is a unique detail and is largely in good condition, despite some minor scratches. The sprayhood is a bit worn but works well. The cockpit is spacious and equipped with an easily mountable Laguna table, perfect for enjoying lovely summer evenings outdoors.
