Built in South Africa, hull in lamellar mahogany 5 layers of 0.5 cm tot 2.5 cm thick, very sturdy, interior and deck in teak. Second example of two but probably the only one still sailing. Very comfortable for cruising but performing with boats of the same generation, winner of a Panerai trophy, among other things.
Perfectly maintained, she is winged and checked every year - the photos in the yard are from May 2022 - the fully openable engine compartment allows convenient checks and maintenance, she is in perfect working order READY TO SAIL FOR ANY DESTINATION.
Comfort in navigation: all berths are equipped with anti-roll canvas. The central WC changes from electric to manual with the flip of a lever: very convenient. Due to the way the hydraulic system is made, ALL seacocks can always be left open during any navigation condition.
SUPPLIED SAILS: MAINSAIL, SPINNAKER. Furling headsails: GENOA HEAVY, GENOA LIGHT, INTERMEDIATE (used 1 time). Staysails: STAYSAIL ( 2 years ) YANKEE, TORMENTINA.
The photo from Yachting World magazine is from its first year.
At the masthead on 03/23/2023 for routine checks, see photos.
In May, the boat will go to the shipyard, as every year, see photos from last year, for antifouling and a cycle of paints.
