Due to time constraints and hobby interests, we are selling a beautiful sailing yacht with plenty of space and a swing keel to a reasonable buyer. The dimensions are 9.69m x 2.98m, with a draft ranging from 65cm to 1.65m and a weight of approximately 3 tons. The yacht features a wheel steering system, standing headroom in the salon, 6 berths, and a built-in Lombardini 13 horsepower diesel engine. It was first owned and built to our specifications in 2005. Other features include a refrigerator, hot water heater, gimbaled stove, swim ladder, electric toilet (with a closed holding tank), 120L fresh water tank, radio, wind gauge, depth sounder, compass, aft cabin, bow cabin, ample storage space, mast lowering system, lazy jack & bag, genoa, mosquito nets, and more. The yacht's original price was approximately €70,000, and its current value is around €38,000. It has been stored in a boat shed for a few years and has not been in the water. For the past year and a half, it has been stored outside with a cover. Some work needs to be done, such as renewing the rigging, possibly replacing the gel batteries, renewing the underwater paint, washing and polishing, changing the engine oil, and performing minor cosmetic repairs that are typical for a boat.
