Beneteau Oceanis 323

The Beneteau Oceanis 323 is part of the Oceanis Range from Beneteau, where the shipyard has combined excellent sailing characteristics with the comfortable living on board feeling that a majority of its customers demand.

The model is based on the hull designed by Groupe Finot and Jean Berret in the early 1990s for Beneteau's single-handed ocean racer, Figaro. Since then, the hull has been used for two other sporty Beneteaus, the First 310 and First 31.7, as well as the predecessor to the Beneteau Oceanis 323 in the Oceanis series, the 311 and 300.

Only the bow, stern, and hull sides have been adjusted to match the desired design, but the underwater sections have remained unchanged.

This model is from 2006 and has been equipped and maintained by its single owner with everything you need for easy sailing and long stays on board.

The boat has been upgraded with a bow thruster, a mainsail with full-length battens in an easypack system, a large bow sprit, and a huge almost new sprayhood and cockpit cover. The mainsail and jib are from 2017 and have only been moderately used since then. The spinnaker has only been out of the bag a few times, meaning there are no major investments imminent.

Access to the boat is easy both over the stern via the bathing platform through the cockpit thanks to the specially developed system for turning the wheel 90 degrees and also from the front via the specially designed bow sprit.

The cockpit is large and easily accommodates the entire crew both at sea and in port around the cockpit table, which comes in two sizes, with an extra custom-made table for larger meals and parties on board.

Below deck, you will find an incredibly spacious and bright cabin due to the many portholes, hatches, and skylights that are a hallmark of the Oceanis Range from Beneteau.

The aft cabin is the owner's cabin on this boat with a very wide berth, plenty of storage space, and extra portholes, giving you the feeling of being in a much larger boat. To starboard, you will find the very large toilet with a separate shower area and even a special space for wet sailing clothes. The main cabin is large and bright with plenty of space around the folding table and plenty of storage space in cupboards and chest benches. In the forward cabin, there is a reasonably sized double bed and enough storage space. In this 2-cabin model, you also have a dedicated navigation area/desk just in front of the toilet.
