Omega 34 No. 17 - Fresh and Gradually Upgraded
This Omega 34 was manufactured in 1980 by the Börjesson brothers and has been gradually upgraded over time. The mahogany interior was replaced by Såtas Båtvarv on Orust in 1996.
Features:
- Brand new engine installed in 2019 - a three-cylinder Solé Mini 29 with 27 hp, installed and serviced by professionals.
- New tank and fuel supply in 2020. The boat has only been fueled with HVO100 diesel since the tank replacement to avoid bacterial problems and enjoy environmental friendliness and freedom from diesel odor.
- Self-tacking jib in cruising laminate (2021) on Furlex 100S roller system
- Main sail in technora/mylar-membrane (2010)
- Lazy bag (2018) and jib sock (2022)
- Aft stay tensioner
- Bow sprit with telescopic ladder and gennaker mount (2020)
- Bathing platform with telescopic ladder (2016)
- Sprayhood in good condition. Light cockpit tent in good condition.
- Diesel heater Eberspächer D4 (2013). One button press and it becomes warm and dry.
- Shore power and fixed C-Tek charger
- 3 x batteries (all 2021)
- 35W solar panel with regulator
- Jabsco Twist n Lock toilet (2016), holding tank with both deck and sea discharge
- Gas stove with oven
- Cool box
- New carpet on deck and ceiling in 2012. Cushions were replaced in 2013.
- B&G Vulcan 7 plotter (2018) with cockpit mount included. I have removed all old instruments and used only this one.
- Older but functioning autopilot. Incredibly valuable for me as I have sailed a lot alone.

- Custom winter cover in heavy, rubberized canvas can be included for those who want to stand with the mast on.
- 6 x Seaquip supports can be included.
