According to Wikipedia:
"Although the Soling, with more than half of its total weight concentrated in the keel, is a real, because capsizable, keelboat, it sails in many ways like a dinghy. The narrow, high sail plan with the jib not extending behind the mast provides high driving power on the one hand, but on the other hand requires very precise trimming. Hull and keel shape allow the boat to go very high into the wind on the beat. At the same time, however, the Soling can, under spinnaker, regardless of its weight, come into planing on broad reaches, provided the wind is strong enough."
Most fittings are Harken or Ronstan.
Running rigging mostly in various Dynema variants.
Two spinnaker poles.
