Segelboot Yacht Renovierungsarbeiten nötig

Looks like a "Great Dane 28". Unfortunately, it needs renovation. There is a crack to be laminated on the keel and the wooden structures need a new coat of paint. The old Deco covering on the walls inside the ship has been removed. The plan was to insulate the ship from the inside and then attach a new covering to the walls, but this has not yet been done. The first photo is an older one. The other photos are freshly taken. Due to health reasons, I am unable to complete the project. Therefore, a sale is necessary.
