The Beneteau Oceanis is a safe and easy-to-sail boat with plenty of equipment. The Oceanis class combines excellent sailing performance with comfortable onboard living. This 2007 model has been equipped with everything you need for easy sailing and long stays onboard. The boat has been upgraded with a bimini, a bow sprit from Båtsystem, and more. The mainsail and jib are from 2014 and have been moderately used since then. The genacker has been sparingly used, so no major investments are needed. Access to the boat is easy both through the stern and the bathing platform, and through the cockpit thanks to the system of turning the wheel 90 degrees. The cockpit is large and accommodates the entire crew both at sea and in port around the foldable cockpit table that can handle larger meals onboard.
Below deck, you will find an incredibly spacious and bright cabin due to the many cabin vents, hatches, and skylights that are characteristic of the Oceanis from Beneteau. The aft cabin to port is the owner's cabin in this boat with a very wide berth, plenty of storage space, and several extra windows that give you the feeling of being in a much larger boat. To starboard, you will find the very large toilet with a separate shower area and a dedicated space for wet sailing clothes. The salon is large and bright with plenty of space around the foldable table and plenty of storage space in cupboards and benches. In the front cabin, there is a moderately sized double berth and storage space. In this 2-cabin model, you also have a dedicated navigation area/desk just in front of the toilet.
The headroom is a full 1.95 meters, and both the aft cabin and the toilet are very spacious. The boat is designed for easy and safe sailing with all lines and sheets drawn to the cockpit. The roller mast and roller jib make both sail setting and reefing done from the cockpit. For lighter winds, there is a genacker in excellent condition. The boat is easily sailed by one person, which increases safety.
The boat is very well equipped and has an upgraded Raymarine 9 Hybrid touch navigator, autopilot, and radar, as well as an Icom VHF, Trueheading AIS, and more. The easily accessible bathing platform with a warm shower is comfortable after salty baths.
