The Bavaria 300 offers comfortable rides for four at an affordable price. Underneath the worn deck lies a durable construction.
Not a sports boat: The Bavaria 300 is a well-behaved touring boat.
In the 1980s and 1990s, a 30-foot Bavaria model was the entry-level option. However, no compromises were made in its construction. Bavaria had the plans checked by Germanischer Lloyd to obtain the coveted 100-A4 classification. This required a very stiff keel construction, which is why the shipyard opted for carbon fiber reinforcement in the keel area and Kevlar reinforcement in the entire bow section.
Below deck, designer Axel Mohnhaupt did not take any risks and chose a proven layout. In addition, the interior is solid and still looks good after more than twenty years. With a separate toilet room and a separate aft cabin, the living comfort is still contemporary despite the moderate width.
