Selling a steel sailboat "Vanguard II serial number 317" built in Holland in 1973. The sailboat has an inboard diesel engine with 10 horsepower from Bukh. The boat is always in the water during winter and the engine starts without any issues every spring.
The boat is a long keel with a length of 9.20 meters and a width of 2.80 meters. The draft is 1.35 meters.
Additional equipment:
A winter cover for the entire boat was made 4 years ago. The sails are from Elvström and in good condition. The underwater hull was repainted with antifouling in May. The hull was also repainted. The deck was repainted last year. Antifouling for repainting, various mooring lines and halyards are available. All halyards in the mast were renewed last year. The bilge is completely dry. Some rust spots still need to be removed from the cabin structure. The grating in the cockpit should be reworked at some point. The boat is rather heavy. Winning regattas is unlikely, but it can handle strong winds well. It is more suitable for cruising. Almost ideal for the Baltic Sea and the Bodden waters.
The sailboat is located in a club on the small Stößensee. It can be viewed by appointment. Please contact to arrange a viewing.
