NO CHARTER BOAT (previously mistakenly described as such). Due to downsizing of my family, I am selling my DELPHIA 28S with trailer and very good equipment. A takeover of a berth may also be possible.DESCRIPTION OF THE YACHT:The sporty version is equipped with more sail area. Despite its sporty nature, the yacht is equipped with everything you need for a holiday trip.Below deck, the yacht is equipped with an aft cabin for 2 people and a lockable bow berth, also for 2 people with dimensions of 1.95m length x 1.70m width in a V-shape.The pantry is equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, a refrigerator, 3 drawers, 2 hanging cupboards, a narrow storage shelf, and a sink. The separate wet room has a sink and a chemical toilet.The upholstery in the aft cabin is still original but looks like new. The upholstery in the cabin has been renewed. The upholstery in the bow berth has been replaced with higher and more comfortable ones.For a 28-foot yacht, this sailboat is very spacious. In the cockpit, there are seating areas integrated into the stern basket on both sides. This allows you to enjoy the sail and the ride.The yacht is equipped with a tiller steering and a lazy jack system. The water tank and water pipes were renewed 2 years ago.The yacht is sold either with a Yamaha 2-cylinder or with a Torqquedo 2.0 electric motor and charger and 4 batteries. An additional larger onboard battery is also available.Furthermore, the yacht has the following standard and special equipment:Mast lowering device, preparation for a bow thruster, pantry with refrigerator and stove, 2x solar panel, very well-preserved upholstery, thicker ones replaced in the bow sleeping area, Truma heating, sails in good condition, shore power, FI switch, removable cockpit table, 2 high seats aft, outboard motor either Yamaha 2-cylinder with 6/8 hp (6 hp version opened up to 8 hp at the carburetor by the specialist workshop) or a Torquedo 2.0 with charger.
