I bought my boat just before the Covid pandemic from a German fellow who passed away while the boat was on dry-dock. My plan was to go cruising for few years so I checked every single part of the boat, and added more (see list below). My cruising plan crashed after the need of a heart operation.
The next owner will have not only a boat which had been little used but also a boat where everything is in working ordered having been checked, serviced, replaced or added recently.
A recent and positive survey had been done (end of April 2923)
