Due to a boat purchase, we unfortunately have to sell our one-sixth share in the Parthenis joint ownership. We represent the Norwegian part and the rest of the ownership consists of experienced Swedish sailors.
She is a well-maintained Activity 35 located in Nidri on the island of Lefkas, about a 30-minute drive from Preveza, which is the nearest airport.
Nidri is an excellent starting point for the fantastic Ionian Sea, which consists of a number of islands and great waters for both experienced sailors and beginners.
The share in the ownership ensures a minimum of 3 sailing weeks per season and the annual operating costs are approximately 10,000 per share. Since we bought Parthenis in 2019, the ownership has upgraded her with, among other things, a Garmin GPS, a new dinghy, and a new mainsail.
For the rest of the current season, our share has usage rights for week 34. If a quick decision is made, weeks 24 and 25 are also available.
Parthenis is located at the Ionian Boat Assistance (IBA) floating dock in Nidri with security and access to a swimming pool at an adjacent hotel. We have also used IBA for maintenance and some preparation.
