The Bavaria Vision 42 has two large cabins. The owner's cabin in the bow has a large double bed and a private toilet. Guests have their own cabin in the stern with a generously sized bed that can be split into two or used as a king size. Thanks to its layout, large windows, and many deck hatches, the salon is very bright and spacious. There is also great flexibility, and with the help of the electrically adjustable table, you can convert the sofa into an extra bed. Even the double chairs in the navigation area can be converted into sofas. The galley is shared and provides excellent support at sea and has good access to the refrigerator and freezer. On the starboard side, there is a large toilet with a separate shower. A large storage space is located aft of this and can also be accessed via the bench in the cockpit. The Vision series is designed for an owner couple with family or friends. You can easily handle the sailing from one of the ergonomic and well-placed winch stations. The cockpit table is easily adjustable with a button press, and guests can enjoy comfortable sofas or a large sun lounger. In the stern, you can fold down the bathing platform and enjoy the sea.
The Bavaria Vision 42, NJORD, is in top condition. She has only been sparingly used by her owner, and you get the feeling that she is new. The equipment level is high, and she has, among other things, a bow thruster, furling mast, and the large engine, all to make sailing and handling as easy and safe as possible. On board, she has been upgraded with teak interior and comfortable mattresses in the cabins. In the cockpit, there are cushions for all surfaces and a sprayhood with stainless steel bows and grab rails. For cold days, there is a cockpit tent that can easily be converted into a Bimini for better days. There is teak in the cockpit and on the bathing platform.
