Built in 1961 at the Eriksson brothers' shipyard in Strängnäs.

Hull: mahogany - never scraped!

Deck: fiberglass (plasticized during construction)

Superstructure: mahogany

Engine: Färe Göta 12hp gasoline 1988, factory renovated 2012 in Osby

Comfortable and tight Nordic cruiser in very good condition.

Currently located at Vikingarnas segelsällskap VSS since 2015, where she was ordered in 1961.

Few owners - all sailing and wooden boat knowledgeable have kept this boat in unusually good original condition.

Extra options during construction were lead keel and plasticized deck - this is the only Nordic cruiser with a lead keel and the boat is tight above and below, which has certainly contributed to its fine condition.

Minona, like her sister boat (which is located next door at VSS), was built 1 plank higher than most other Nordic cruisers, which provides more space inside the cabin. Mahogany railing and ash cockpit railing replaced in 2012.

Large, Genoa, light wind Genoa and storm sail.

3 full length beds + forepeak with 1 sail bed or two children. Gas stove

Good harbor cover and "supstuga" in near new condition

Will be launched on 21/4 fully spring cleaned in Torpa Södertälje where she has been during the winter. Otherwise, home port winter and summer at VSS, Djurgården.

Supports and solidly thought-out boathouse from 2015 included.

A lovely boat to own and sail.
