This boat comes with many extras such as a roller furling jib, boom tent, spinnaker, insert to create a full bed in the front, table, and swim ladder. The engine, an md1b "10hp", has been completely overhauled with a new crankshaft bearing, piston, cylinder, top end, new oil, filter, exhaust hose, muffler, and more. The boat also has a good mainsail, jib, and spinnaker. There are some signs of wear and tear, but nothing major.
