Selling my Fabola Campus 650 (including 80-trailer and electric outboard motor Torqeedo Cruise 2.0) because unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to use it.
Last sailed in the summer of 2020 and worked great, but has been on the trailer since then.
The boat type has a retractable keel and folding mast, making it easy to take on the trailer and navigate shallow bays.
On the plus side:
- The boat has a 24V/12V system.
- Electric outboard motor Torqeedo Cruise 2.0 (first version) with very few operating hours. The power corresponds to about 6hp. The operation is very pleasant with direct response and very low noise level.
- AGM marine batteries (new in 2020) with approximately 2.2 kWh in total.
- 50W solar panel connected to a regulator with a booster to charge the 24V system (new in 2020).
- DC/DC converter Dometic 24V to 12V that powers other electrical components (outlets and plotter).
- 7" Raymarine plotter (new in 2020).
- Sails in good condition for its age.
- No known leakage from the ballast tank, which can happen on this type of boat.
- Priced to sell.
On the minus side:
- The boat needs to be cleaned and all rope parts in the rigging and halyards should be replaced.
- At least one window likely needs new silicone and some other minor fixes are needed.
- The trailer has a driving ban due to missing inspection.
- Sold in its current condition.
