Albin Ballad 75A very well-equipped and robust sailing boat, 9.14m long and 1.55m deep. It has 4 berths, with the quarter berth converted into storage for more stowage space. The electrical system was completely replaced in 2015, and it has a fixed shore power and Wi-Fi antenna. The boat is powered by a VP MD2020 D 3-cylinder 18 hp engine, which was serviced annually with new oil, filters, and impeller. It has a VP three-bladed folding propeller, and the keel was sanded down and copper-coated in 2015.The boat has a fresh toilet with a septic tank and deck discharge, new hoses, a three-way valve, and all gaskets were replaced in 2021. It also has a large fridge with a small freezer compartment, a compressor-driven 12V system, and all water pipes were replaced in 2016. Two new water pumps were installed in 2021 (fresh and saltwater). The boat has an electric cabin heater, and new (approximately 2016) cushions in the salon and forepeak. The entire boat is additionally insulated.It has a Pro-Furl C90 roller system, and the mast was renovated and inspected around 2016. The roller genoa has HPC/GTT cloth, and the single-line reefing boom is from around 2016. It has a gas spring rod kicker, a mainsail with long battens made of dacron, and a gennaker. All sails are used but in good condition, and all halyards and trim lines are led to the cockpit, with the genoa and mainsail halyards made of dyneema. It has Spinlock clutches and a Lewmar mainsheet system, and all sheets and halyards are in good condition. It also has new Anderson self-tailing winches.The boat has a Simrad 2000 autopilot, a Garmin GPS, and a Garmin VHF. It has dual solar panels, a Silva wind data, a Silva sea data log, and a water temperature gauge. It comes with an aluminum cover frame, and a thick truck tarpaulin is available, but it has come apart at a glued joint and may need repair. It has 2 anchors, a sea anchor, mooring buoys, a brand new anchor line, fenders, a boat stand, and a cockpit tent. It has 4 service batteries and a starter battery (the engine charges all batteries when running).And much, much more.The boat is currently on land in Skälderviken's small boat harbor and can be made fully sail-ready upon purchase.
