The vessel has been upgraded from the previous owner and myself in many areas, even in the ones that you do not see immediately, but are important like new window sealings etc.. It´s plug & play ready to use.

Recent investments & upgrades:
Engine:
NEW 2020 Yanmar 3YM30 engine, sail drive and new panel B20. New 3 blade GORI folding propeller. Installed by Nordjysk Marineservice. March speed of 6-7 knots and low fuel consumption.
Navigation:
(2020/2021) Almost all Raymarine replaced / serviced incl. new cables and: 3 new Raymarine i70s multifunction instruments, new Raymarine log / depth transducer through hull. New Raymarine wind transducer. New Raymarine iTC-5 Transducer Converter.
Raymarine A-series chart plotter (with some problems in touch sensitivity), Icom VHF / DSC radio, Trueheading AIS (send / receive), Autohelm autopilot with gyro.
Electric:
(2021) 230v installation examined / serviced by marine electrician. Victron galvanic insulator mounted. Switch to shore power front and aft mounted.
(2020) All 12v power before control panel replaced incl. new Exide battery (dual AGM 180 ah.), Blue Sea relay, Blue Sea Safety Hub (high fuse box), 2 Blue Sea Battery Main switches, Victron shunt, all cables replaced with tinned oceanflex marine cables.
Rig:
(2021) All cables inside the mast replaced, including Shakespeare Squatty body VHF antenna at the top of the mast. Coaxial RG 213 cable and mast. New top plants + cable. Raymarine Wind transducer + cable.
Sail
Good Dacron sails from North with many years to go. North Genoa with new UV protection (2020). North mainsail. Large North Genakker with "sock", which makes it very easy to handle. Storm jib. Newer lazybag, which makes it very easy to take the mainsail down and up.
Others:
In 2020 the hull was fully sanded and treated with 2 coats of VC Tar2 epoxy primer and 3 coats of VC 17 VC17m Extra hull paint. The hull condition is almost fit for racing.
Inflatable dinghy with inflatable keel and 4 HP Mercury outboard engine. (Engine did not run for quite some time and will need an inspection)
Newer sprayhood.
Older but fully functional cockpit tent with stainless steel hangers (perfect for the cooler summer evenings)
Newer cushions in cabin.
Hot water tank (heater by motor or 220v)
