We offer our sailboat Bavaria 707 for sale. Unfortunately, after the renovation, we have too little time for sailing due to other obligations (maintenance, commuting to work, etc.). The Bavaria comes with a trailer with TÜV until 6/23, which will be renewed in June. It has 4 new tires, is approved for up to 2700 kg, and is a custom-made aluminum trailer specifically for this boat. The trailer alone is worth about €3000. We have already given up the mooring, so a test sail is unfortunately no longer possible, but the Bavaria can still be inspected from below.We lovingly redesigned the sailboat and added a shore connection with a supply battery that is charged by 3 solar panels, a sinus inverter 800 W, and a motor battery that is charged by the alternator. There are 3 circuits with 220V shore power, 1 circuit with 220V via inverter, and 1 circuit with 12V for the compressor fridge (perfectly chilled drinks), as well as 2 additional circuits for use (including a USB socket). We also installed a depth sounder, which is particularly advantageous in inland waters. There is an induction hob (with shore power) opposite the sink (covered). The sails are in good condition and do not require any reworking. The mainsail has a patent reef and cover, and the foresail is a genoa with a roller furling and roller cover. There is no mast lowering device.The lighting inside has been converted to 12V (including a color-changing hidden LED strip on the ceiling). We also installed a hidden dry toilet (unused). The upholstery has been reupholstered (invoice for over €1000 available). An anchor, fenders, and bathing ladder are also included. The boat is completely ready to sail, with antifouling already applied. Just hook it up and take it away. The trailer is still approved and must be re-registered as soon as possible.A 6 hp Faryman diesel inboard engine with a built-in tank propels the boat well. There are many beautiful things to discover during a viewing. The boat was built in 1979, has a draft of 1.15m with a wing keel, a width of 2.50m, and a length of 7.07m. Perfect for inland sailing areas, as it has a shallow draft.This is a purely private sale, so please refrain from asking for the "last price". Purchase after viewing, as this is not an urgent sale.
