Maxi Fenix Dinette - Classic and Fast Family Boat

Maxi Fenix Dinette is a classic and fast family boat designed by Pelle Pettersson. The boat is easy to sail with a self-tacking jib, a large cockpit, and the characteristic giant berth under the cockpit.

The boat has 5 berths and is very well-maintained. It has been upgraded with a lot of equipment in the last 4 years and is continuously updated.

Rental Prices:

• Week (Sun-Sun):
  • 13,500 SEK - Week 27-31 (No weekend prices)
  • 10,500 SEK - Week 32-33 (Weekend prices only last minute)
  • 8,000 SEK - Week 22-26, 34-35
• Weekend (Thu/Fri-Sun):
  • 5,500/5,000 SEK
  • 5,000 SEK - May, Sept-Oct (Thu/Fri-Sun: 4,000/3,500 SEK)

Security deposit: 5,000 SEK
Diesel: 40 SEK/hour
Rent for 2 weeks and get a 1,000 SEK discount.

The boat is only rented to experienced and responsible skippers. Nautical competence is required, and a boating license is a merit. No pets are allowed on board.

The boat is located in Nacka at Baggensfjärden. Free parking is included at the dock, and it is close to public transportation.

Equipment:

• Laminated mainsail and genoa, self-tacking jib in dacron crosscut (Boding), spinnaker with boom.
• New Raymarine autopilot (2022), works great and makes sailing alone much easier.
• Garmin GPS with a large 10.5-inch screen.
• Sprayhood with new windows.
• Bow ladder for easy boarding on the dock or rocks. Stern ladder for swimming.
• Radio with good sound.
• VHF.
• Comfortable cushions.
• Toilet (replaced in 2020) with tank and deck discharge.
• Lagun table in the cockpit and 3 very comfortable E-bridge folding chairs.
• Two-burner Origo 2000 alcohol stove with oven.
• Sea water foot pump and separate drinking water pump in the sink.
• 60-liter drinking water tank, plus 35 liters distributed in several smaller tanks (5 or 10 liters).
• Original icebox (about 25-30 liters, my guess) cooled with ice packs or similar.
• New (2023) compressor fridge/freezer box 36 liters in addition to the icebox (2 climate zones, choose between -20° to +20°). Bring ice cream!
• Outdoor shower with manual pressure pump.
• Solar panel and 10A MPPT regulator (purchased in June 2023, to be installed soon).
• 7.5 kg anchor with chain and 40 m anchor line.
• Lifebuoy and throw line, distress flares, and life jackets.
• Harbor guide and nautical charts for the entire Stockholm archipelago.
