The boat is located in Sweden, near Söderköping.The International 806 (Monark) is a fast, fun, and easy-to-sail boat. The boat was built in Varberg, Sweden in 1978 and has been constantly upgraded to be comfortable for longer periods of time on the water. Among other things, it has new laminate sails for more speed, a stainless steel fresh water tank, solar cells, shore power connection, Isotherm cooler, autopilot, and a 6 hp Mercury four-stroke engine with an external tank.The boat is currently being launched but can be lifted for inspection of the bottom upon request. The boat place at Norra Finnö can be used during the season and possibly taken over.
