Well-maintained Maxi 84, 1979

Launched and moored in Loftahammar, she is now waiting for new adventures.

Engine and Electrical:

• VP MD7A (13hp) engine, renovated in 1993, continuously serviced by a professional, fresh water cooled, upgraded generator, 2-bladed bronze folding propeller from 1995. Separate starting battery.
• Consumption battery replaced in 2019, CTEK M200 15A battery charger, shore power with 2 220v outlets.
• Solar panel on a swivel stand -2022, extra solar panel mat on the roof 2019.
• Wallas Diesel heater 22GB, 2019.

Sails and Rigging:

• Roller genoa Gransegel -04, UV protection 2015, new sock 2017. Furlex 100-S in very good condition.
• Gennaker barely used.
• Main sail Gransegel 2015 sparingly used.
• Main and jib halyards replaced in 2016, boom and spinnaker pole in 2012, kicker block in 2011, all pulled down to the cockpit.
• 6-strand mainsheet.
• Aft stay tensioner with wheel.
• Spinnaker boom.

Other Equipment:

• Cushions in dark blue velvet -03.
• Teak deck.
• Origo spirit stove.
• Fresh and saltwater pump.
• Water deck fitting replaced in 2012.
• Jabsco Twistn lock toilet -10.
• Toilet hoses -11.
• Valves, water and sewage hoses replaced.
• Lagun cockpit table.
• Bathing platform with cassette ladder, STB.
• Bow pulpit with integrated ladder, STB.
• Teak deck in the cockpit.
• Opening window in the quarter berth.
• Sprayhood 2016.
• Side protection for the cockpit (not used).

• Bruce anchor and plate.
• Motor bellows replaced in 2019.
• Anchor line with extra chain.
• Mooring equipment: 6 fenders, extra long ropes, buoy hook, boat hook, etc.
• 2 fire extinguishers, fire blanket.
• Upper rudder bushing replaced in 2011.
• Swing cradle.
