Jolle Farr 3.7 (Baujahr 2022)

The Farr 3.7, built in 2022, is a fast and beautiful single-handed dinghy designed by Bruce Farr in 1971.

The design plans are sold by the 3.7 Class Owners Association and are built by a mix of professionals and amateurs.

The carbon mast, boom, and sail battens are made by C-Tech in New Zealand.

The sails are North, with the standard class sail being 9.03 sqm and the new Sq Top sail being 10.34 sqm, making it suitable for individuals up to 80kg.

The hull is built from marine plywood (Okoumé) and primarily made of maple, ash, and Western Red Cedar.

The deck is made of marine plywood Khaya.

The estimated weight of the hull is approximately 60 kg.

The boat is equipped with Harken fittings and comes with a Harbeck trailer (steel) and an aluminum launching trolley built in 2022.

The dinghy is currently located at Lake Balaton and can be delivered if needed.
