The Seamaster 840 is a sailboat with a length of 853 centimeters and a width of 282 centimeters. With a draft of 74 centimeters and a clearance of 1020 centimeters, this boat is suitable for inland waters, lakes, ponds and rivers as well as sailing at sea. The boat is built of polyester and dates from the year 1976.
The boat offers comfortable accommodation for 2 fixed berths and an additional 2 berths. Inside there is plenty of space, both in the cabin and in the berth, and there is sufficient headroom in the cabin and the toilet.
As for the sailing characteristics, the Seamaster 840 has some special features. Because of its three bilges, the boat has a shallow draft of only 72 centimeters, which makes it easy to navigate shallow areas and dry on mudflats. The boat is also easy to handle and sail by one person.
The boat has a unique look that often generates compliments and interesting conversations with other sailors. The owner has especially fond memories of long vacations on the Wadden Islands and experiencing dry land sailing.
