Albin 78 Cirrus med "ny" motor

We have just acquired a summer cottage and unfortunately, I don't have enough time for sailing as I had hoped. I'm making a small attempt to see if anyone wants to take over our little gem. We have recently sailed and motored from Stockholm to Nävekvarn/Skeppsvik, east of Nyköping, and the engine runs really smoothly.

Well, here are some facts:

• Albin Cirrus no. 396 - 1979
• Engine, Vetus M218A-A with 16 hp from 2016
• Volvo Penta sail drive 110S new (not newly manufactured, but completely unused) installed about a month ago. Volvo Penta's folding propeller in original, the one in iron, is on and works perfectly fine.
• Bellows changed in connection with the drive change.
• Plenty of equipment, good sails and roller furling jib (purchased in 2015).
• Solar panel that keeps the three batteries nicely charged - one of the batteries is brand new.
• Stereo, of course :)
• Toilet, but unfortunately not with deck drainage.
• Log, echo sounder and a Garmin navigator plus info gadget that I haven't bothered to connect, I mostly use nautical charts and iPad - only sailing along the coast.
• Bottom painted for sailing in the Baltic Sea with Hempel Mille Light Copper.
• Press & Sons' small cradle comes with it. Cover that I think is custom-made, haven't used it.
• Various other equipment and materials (paints, etc.) also come with it.

There is some work to be done, especially of a cosmetic nature. My focus has been on getting the engine and drive in order.

In short - a very nice sailboat that I absolutely will not negotiate the price on, the price listed is the price that applies.

If she is sold, we will likely be looking for some type of simpler motorboat for quick trips out to an island or beach.
