The boat is in good condition and ready to sail, except for the forepeak floor which is partially porous (see photo) and should be repaired or replaced.
During the winter months and in the last three years, the boat was stored under a carport, well protected and dismantled.
The boat has a low-lying traveler rail on the cockpit floor, so the entire cockpit can be used as a sleeping area, making it ideal for overnight stays. It comes with a complete set of sails, as well as a launching trolley and road trailer (TÜV needs to be renewed).

The boat has only been sailed in fresh water and mostly used for relaxation. Upon agreement, the boat can be viewed in Lutherstadt Wittenberg.
If purchased, transport to Leipzig is possible. For the remaining season, a berth at Cospudener See (Zöbigker Hafen, Hafenstraße, 04416 Markleeberg) could also be offered.
For better reach, the boat is also offered by my brother in Leipzig. However, the boat will only be sold once.
