Monark 540 - A well-built and easy-to-handle small sailboat

The Monark 540 is a well-built and easy-to-handle small sailboat with a draft of less than one meter. It is in sail-ready condition and has been sailed a few times this summer. The boat is currently located at Näsets båtvarv, but I need to make space for another boat.

The boat comes with a nice two-burner gas stove, but no gas bottle. There are lanterns and a cabin lamp installed, and a place to connect a battery, but no battery is installed. There is no compass or other navigation equipment.

The boat has a mainsail and a jib (with snap hooks, not on a roller). Both are in good condition, and all lines have recently been pulled to the cockpit, and the boom has been fitted with lazy lines. The winches have been updated to better Andersen winches. The boat looks quite fresh inside, and the cushions are also fresh and nice. There are ropes and lines for anchoring and mooring, as well as a genuine Bruce anchor.

The boat can be sold with the equipment it currently has on board, with or without an outboard motor (a 5hp four-stroke or a 6hp two-stroke, both short-rigged), or it can be sold without a motor. If the boat is given away, it will be to someone who has a functioning outboard motor and access to a boat berth and can move the boat already tomorrow, Sunday, preferably before lunchtime.

• Boat with current equipment but without motor: 5000 kr
• Boat with a nice 6hp 2T Yamaha: 9000 kr
• Boat with a 2022 Mercury 4hp: 15000 kr
• Only the Mercury can be sold separately for 10000 kr (I would prefer to keep the Yamaha myself)
