Hunter Liberty 23 Superb, gentle but sprightly family cruiser or day sailer, with attractive cat ketch rig. No more tacking a genoa - just put the helm over and round you go. 3 berths with lots of stowage underneath bunks and below cockpit. Pilot berth is exceptionally long. Drop keel, controlled by winch. Simple, uncluttered interior; lots of scope for development and modification, should you choose. Clean condition with booms and masts, al in good order. Rudder (arguably a weak spot on these boats) remanufactured to a high quality, stronger specification, with all stainless fittings. Please note this is the Liberty 23, which has signficantly more ballast than the Liberty 22 (920lb instead of 675lbs) and is thus a much stiffer and more stable boat. Drawing only 1ft 2in with the keel up, she will still go to windward (with more leeway) because of the heavy cast iron stub keels. Dries out flat, so great for exploring quiet backwaters. Comes on an excellent galvanised 2 wheel trailer, with an integral 4 wheel winch-operated launching trolley.
