The Maxi 77 is a timeless sailboat that continues to impress despite its age. Its beautiful design has stood the test of time and can still be found in almost every harbor along the coast today. With its 26 feet, it offers outstanding space for both relaxation and socializing - while being small and agile enough to reach places that other larger boats cannot.
This particular boat, with serial number 3112, still has the original layout but has received a brighter and more "airy" renovation of the interior, giving it a modern feel. The kitchen has been upgraded with both fresh and saltwater taps and a new fresh countertop, as well as an opening vent for better airflow when cooking.
The boat's electrical system was replaced in 2020 and now includes an 80Ah battery (Tudor) and the possibility of charging via shore power. Part of the lighting was also connected to a remote system, so you can practically light up the foredeck when walking along the quay.
With a detachable stern pulpit and bow ladder, it is easy to board or get out of the water after a refreshing dip. The boat is also equipped with a mainsail, genoa, and storm jib (all in working condition), anchor (with associated ball and sail), mattress for the forepeak, porta-potty, 2 sets of hatches (regular + mosquito net), adjustable jib boom, various mooring equipment, a reliable two-stroke outboard motor (Yamaha 6Hp), and more.
In addition, an Origo Heating Pal (5000) is included to keep the boat warm and a Jobo spirit stove, which has never been used.
A berth may be included for the season.
