Due to current legal regulations, the sale is made excluding any warranty, guarantee, return, and liability. As this is a private sale, I cannot provide a guarantee under the new EU law. The buyer agrees to this and acknowledges it with their purchase!
According to the new EU law, this addition must be included in every online sale; otherwise, the seller, even as a private individual, is liable for the sold goods for a whole year.
This is hereby excluded!
