Due to age, a well-maintained and fully equipped Varianta K4 is being sold in the Berlin area. The boat comes with 3 sets of sails (including a brand new genoa and small jib), a 5HP gasoline outboard motor (professionally serviced), a cockpit tent, a cover for the entire boat, well-kept cushions, a trailer (currently not registered, as it is only used on club grounds), and more.

The bottom of the boat has been freshly painted with antifouling and the hull has been recently repainted.
Currently, the aluminum centerboard is stuck in the steel centerboard case, a common issue with this type of boat (it still sails well without lowering the centerboard, and some owners are not even aware that it can be moved). The previous owner lacks the strength to release the centerboard, but is willing to provide instructions and assistance in making it movable again. As mentioned, many people sail without ever lowering the centerboard.
