We offer 2/3 shares in our boat for 150,000 SEK/share (as an alternative, we sell 100% for 450,000 SEK).My partner Sanna has grown tired of sailing, but I want to continue enjoying sailing in Greece. Therefore, she is selling her share of the boat (2/3) to two new co-owners (preferably residing not too far from Stockholm so we can meet) with good sailing experience.HIGH AVAILABILITY for 2 new co-owners during June-August. I am retired and primarily sail during spring and autumn. We have been sailing along the Turkish coast since 2012, and I am familiar with the boat and the area. In April 2023, we sailed the boat to Greece to stay.I am experienced in handling most things on the boat and know how all systems work. Additionally, I have plenty of time and am willing to take primary responsibility for the boat's maintenance if the new co-owners and I agree on a suitable way to regulate this among ourselves. The idea is for me and the two new co-owners to establish a co-ownership agreement that regulates all parties' obligations, rights, and methods for sharing ongoing costs and personal work. The largest fixed costs are the marina fee (approximately 3,600 EUR/year) and insurance (7,200 SEK/year for full coverage). The cost of annual maintenance can be managed for approximately 5,000 SEK/year if all work is done by ourselves. The boat has been located at Leros Marina Evros in Lakki, Leros since June 2, 2023. Leros is a very pleasant and charming island with a moderate amount of tourism. Leros has a domestic airport with flights to Athens (Aegean Airlines, among others). During the charter flight season (May-September), there are good opportunities to find cheap flights to Kos with TUI, Apollo, and Ving. The ferry from Kos to Leros, via Kalymnos, takes about 2 hours on fast catamaran ferries.Nereid has 2 wooden masts and a djonk rig, based on a Maestro 35 hull, specially built between 2000-2012 in HELSINKI.The DJONK RIG is very easy to handle, even for a single sailor. The rig is also composed of simple and inexpensive materials - mostly ropes and lines - and is very easy and cheap to maintain. The only disadvantage of a djonk rig is that they are not as effective when sailing close to the wind (which is mostly unnecessary).ENGINE: VP 2020, purchased new in 2001, low running hours. NEW SAILS SPRING 2023, MANY OTHER THINGS HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND IMPROVED OVER THE YEARS.Nereid has a forward cabin with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, chair, dressing table, and mirror. The aft cabin has a spacious bed for 1 adult or 2 children. The salon table can be folded up, and the sofa can be converted into a spacious sleeping area. The toilet is spacious and has a full-size toilet bowl, only a couple of years old. The kitchen/galley is spacious and has a 2-burner gas stove.Contact me for more information and pictures!
