"The recipe: take a standard Folkeboot hull made of fiberglass, build the deck and superstructure out of wood suitable for sailing, and choose a practical rig.
The cabin structure is significantly extended towards the bow to create a larger interior space. The modern, easily adjustable aluminum rig with 7/8 rigging stands on the cabin roof and the cockpit is self-draining. There are large cockpit lockers for necessary storage space, and under the cockpit floor, there is a solid diesel engine with shaft and fixed propeller."

Beautiful cruising Folkeboot from the renowned Brandt-Møller shipyard in excellent condition; all annual work carried out by a professional shipyard and documented in detail.
In 2016, for example, all joint compounds on the deck and cockpit were removed and resealed with joint tape. The cabin roof was completely stripped and repainted with 2K lacquer - mahogany sanded and refinished with 6 coats of clear lacquer. The underwater hull is sanded annually and receives new antifouling, etc.
