Viko 27 DS Yacht for Sale

We are selling our spacious 27-foot Viko 27 DS yacht. Our children are not enjoying sailing as much as expected, so we have decided to downsize and sell the yacht.

The boat is a sailing yacht with the following dimensions: 8.40m length, 2.55m width, and a draft of 1.40m. The swing keel can be fully retracted, reducing the draft to approximately 50cm. The weight is indicated as 1.95t when empty. There is standing height inside.

The yacht is currently located at a water berth in Berlin and is ready to sail. The pictures show the boat in the local area. The boat can easily be brought close to the shore for anchoring in the south of Berlin. There are various sleeping places on board, in the front bow area and in the aft, each for 2 people (alternatively, 1 adult and 2 children can fit in the front and back). As a family of five, we had sufficient space.

Equipment:

• Main sail and jib
• Two anchors, large and small
• 4 fenders
• Outboard engine and fuel tank
• Other "normal" sailing utensils
• The Viko has a mast lowering device, recently overhauled in 2022. The mast can be easily lowered alone. Additional auxiliary shrouds are also available.
• The Yamaha 9.9 HP outboard engine is in perfect condition. It was overhauled in 2021, starts without any issues, and runs smoothly.
• Also included is a blister (spinnaker) with a retrieval sleeve (no pictures available).
• Two-burner gas stove for cooking
• The interior fittings are as shown in the pictures.
• There are also other items on board that are needed for sailing or longer trips, such as two red folding seats, chemical toilet (never used by us).

In winter, the boat was cleaned and covered on the road trailer in winter storage. Antifouling was applied every winter/spring. The accompanying road trailer is a Harbeck trailer of type 6853. The trailer was purchased with the boat and is used for transportation and winter storage.
