An exceptionally popular model for the Swedish Boatboatbuilding powerhouse the Hallberg-Rassy 312 enjoyed a production run spanning some fifteen years with almost 700 hulls leaving the factory. The design was refreshed in 1986 with the later MkII’s featuring a re-styled coachroof and loosing the hull portlights, they look very similar in appearance to the later Frer’s designed models.

A later MkII example of the class, ERISKA features the modern style coachroof superstructure creating a brighter living space in the saloon with increased headroom. The Hallberg-Rassy 312 MkII also boast a slightly longer saloon and better heads arrangement than the earlier MKI designs. With just her 2nd owners ERISKA has enjoyed continual professional maintenance throughout her life. Her inventory highlights include:

CONSTRUCTION

Hull Construction:
Hull constructed of single piece GRP moulding.
Round bilge with encapsulated long fin keel providing form stiffness.
Strong under structural floor and stringer reinforcements, fully bonded to the hull.
Plywood bulkheads full laminate to hull and deck mouldings on both sides.
Integrated rubbing strake with brass strip.
Original off-white gelcoat finish to topsides
Blue decorative sheerband
Underwater hull finished in blue antifouling, applied March 2023.

Deck & Superstructure Construction:
Single piece GRP moulded deck with integrated superstructure and self-draining cockpit.
Deck and coachroof areas and also cockpit are of sandwich construction, solid in parts, laminated to the hull.
Deck, aft deck, toerail, cockpit seats, cockpit floor and side trims in top quality teak.
