The yacht may not look good in the pictures, but I assure you it is in the process of being fully refurbished.

Remaining tasks:

• Paint the hull
• Replace or repaint teak or synthetic teak decking
• Reinstall interior furniture

Mast, 3 sails, engine, and all necessary equipment for sailing are included.

The boat has been sailing in the Baltic Sea until 2022. It is still seaworthy once the above tasks are completed.

The engine is in perfect working condition.

The sale is from a dry dock. The buyer is responsible for transportation and any necessary maintenance.
