Selling my Comfort 30 yacht, currently alfoat and sailing from Ballycastle. I'm selling my yacht to fund the purchase of a bigger boat! This yacht has the same hull shape as the Albin Ballad and has been used for commercial sailing (Skippered Charter, not bareboat charter) for around 5 years, sailing from Ballycastle. As such she was coded with the YDSA and surveyed regularly to ensure she was up to the standards required for commerial sailing. The boat has a very high ballast ratio (42%) with it's fin keel and the keel is encapsualated with a skeg protecting the rudder. All photos taken June 2023. The boat is sailing very well, and has been maintained and upgraded during ownership. Noteably, on purchase. I had the Yanmar gm20 engine and saildrive lifted from the boat for a full breakdown clean and serivce at Tony's marine Coleraine (invoices available) , sail drive seal replaced etc. The engine has also had the injectors proffessionally serviced last year and the yacht comes with an execllent Simrad Tiller pilot and hot air heating. The Gas system has been installed to marine standards with a marine regulator and safety shutoffs. The yacht sleeps 6 with a double V berth, two sofa berths and two pilot berths.
